Refund Policy
TinyOwl is sold as a one-time license with no subscription. You can try it free for 7 days before buying.
License purchases
The early-bird price is $9. The regular price is $15. A license includes lifetime updates and activation on up to 2 Macs.
Free trial
TinyOwl includes a 7-day free trial. Please use the trial to confirm the app fits your image formats, compression workflow, resize needs, and upload setup before purchasing.
7-day refund window
If you are not satisfied after purchasing, email hey@tinyowl.app within 7 days of purchase. Include the purchase email and any license or order information you have. Refund requests are reviewed before approval, and approved refunds are processed back through the original payment path when possible.
No subscription
TinyOwl does not use recurring subscription billing. Refund handling may require us to disable or revoke the refunded license after the refund is approved.
