These terms apply when you download, install, purchase, or use TinyOwl. By doing so, you agree to them.

License to use TinyOwl
Subject to these terms and applicable law, TinyOwl grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on the number of Macs shown at purchase. The license is for the software, not a transfer of ownership. You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or misuse TinyOwl.
Your use of the app
You are responsible for the images, storage accounts, credentials, and workflows you use with TinyOwl. Do not use the app to violate the law, infringe others' rights, or access a service without permission.
Third-party services
Optional uploads connect to storage providers selected and configured by you. Those services, payment providers, and their terms are independent of TinyOwl. You are responsible for maintaining your accounts and credentials with them.
Updates and availability
TinyOwl may provide updates, fixes, or changes over time. We aim to keep the app available and useful, but cannot guarantee that every feature, service, or third-party integration will remain available without interruption.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by the payment provider. Our Refund Policy explains the 7-day refund window and is part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live are not limited by these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyOwl is provided as-is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
